Key Responsibilities:

• Assist to develop and enhance ground operations processes and procedures in Ramp and Load Control handling to achieve excellent service, safety and security requirements according to regulatory and Company standards
• Assist to develop and enhance the ground operations training package including but not limited to policy, material, content, licensing, recording and procedures all meet regulatory and company requirements
• Assist to manage and maintain Ground Services (including Ramp & Load Control) Policies & Procedures are well established according to local authority and regulatory requirements
• Assist to prepare and participate of maintaining IOSA register and compliance in Ground Services perspective
• Responsible for the implementation of the changes and ensure that the policies are outlines in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Responsible for identifying and reporting safety and security hazards and occurrences as per company’s reporting procedures

Requirements:

• Hong Kong permanent resident status
• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, aviation management, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years’ aviation or airline experience, including 2 years in supervisory level
• Knowledge of all aspects of ground operations, aviation safety and security
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Work under pressure and independently
• Perform roster duty as assigned from time to time
• Able to travel overseas extensively, as and when required
